A Night Intrusion on a Closed Jobsite
Late at night, a person jumped the fence into a client’s construction site, according to Monitex Security’s monitoring team. This video shows that construction site trespasser caught on camera. They walk along the covered walkway beside the site hoarding, then move in among the scaffolding and ladders on the lower level of the build.
Next, police vehicles with flashing red and blue lights pull up at the curb outside the fence. A small group gathers at the far end of the walkway, and two uniformed officers walk the person back along it and out toward the street.
According to the monitoring team, the person was arrested. The whole incident is on record, from the first camera view to the police escort. That gives the site owner clear footage for the police report and any insurance claim.
This is the difference live construction site security monitoring makes. Officers arrived while the person was still on camera, not the next morning when someone checked the recordings.
